Mabel AI enables natural, secure, and accurate multilingual communication in healthcare and public services. Its AI-powered translation system allows fluent voice-to-voice conversations across language barriers—both in person and remotely. The platform supports domain-specific vocabulary, instant translation verification, and automated documentation, ensuring precision and safety in sensitive care settings. Security and privacy are at the heart of Mabel AI’s design: all solutions can run fully on-premise, within an organisation’s own firewall or chosen data centre. This approach preserves confidentiality while fostering inclusion, trust, and understanding between patients and care providers. Through the ACE project, Mabel AI is collaborating with Stad Turnhout and OCMW Turnhout to test how secure, real-time translation can enhance accessibility, improve care communication, and support a more inclusive healthcare environment.
