Wear&Care is transforming incontinence care with a discreet wearable sensor that alerts staff when a pad needs changing. By reducing unnecessary checks and avoiding premature or undignified pad changes, the solution improves comfort, dignity, and well-being for residents while freeing up valuable staff time. Through the ACE project, Wear&Care is piloting its technology with Höganäs Municipality in Sweden to refine its system and gather insights from different care contexts. With promising results already showing reduced time spent in wet pads and fewer nighttime changes, the company is demonstrating how simple, scalable technology can enhance quality of care and support more dignified daily routines in elderly care.
