BIOZE partners meet for a midterm review of the workshops

Project partners from France, the Netherlands, Germany, and Sweden convened online to exchange experiences and feedback from the workshops they conducted in their respective countries. These workshops serve as a platform to showcase the BIOZE tools and foster dynamic discussions with local authorities about the impacts, benefits, and challenges of bioenergy projects.

Emphasis was placed on the varying degrees of local authority involvement in these projects, as the strategies to enhance governance differ from country to country due to distinct issues. The partners also deliberated on future steps and scheduled workshops for the remaining duration of the project, which is set to conclude in May 2024.
