BIOZE has recently completed its first activity, which is a state-of-the-art report on bioenergy context and tools available in each participating country of BIOZE. The report covers France, the Netherlands, Germany and Sweden, and provides an overview of the current status, challenges and opportunities of bioenergy development in these countries.
The report also identifies the best practices and lessons learned from existing bioenergy tools and initiatives, and provides inspiration for the design and process of the BIOZE tool. BIOZE tools will be user-friendly and based on local authority’s feedback, in order to help stakeholders to better understand bioenergy’s potential, output and limits for their own territory.
