Marlon Drinkwaard visited Oceonology International in London on 10-11 March, gaining valuable insights for AquaSmartXL as a technology partner in the Interreg North Sea project DIOL.
Oceanology International is one of the world’s largest and most established exhibitions and conferences focused on marine science, ocean technology, and offshore industries. Held biennially in London, it attracts engineers, scientists, equipment manufacturers, service providers, and end-users from around the globe.
The visit offered a deeper understanding of emerging marine monitoring technologies, innovative sensors, and data-driven solutions. The latest ROV developments were showcased and demonstrated. These learnings will help guide the development and implementation of DIOL project activities, ensuring that AquaSmat´s approaches remain aligned with cutting-edge technological advancements.
