On the 26th and 27th of October, we had our first meeting in person. The meeting took place in Hamburg (Germany), and partners from all five countries participated. Each organization presented its goals, imaginations, and responsibilities. During the meeting, we had a beautiful view of the Hamburger harbor.
We finished the first day with a dinner where we were able to collect and discuss feedback and brainstorm further ideas on how to contribute to the project. On the second day, we were grateful for the presentation from the JS by Femke and Marie about all the regulations and milestones we have to keep in mind during the project.
Afterward, we came together in smaller groups and discussed the different work packages in more detail. In the end, we came together again, presented our results, and started a feedback round about the meeting. We are thankful to all the partners who were able to participate. It was so interesting and important to meet each other in person and the discussions were very productive. We are looking forward to the next steps together with the consortium of DivGrass!
