Partner meeting Ghent

From 17 to 19 November 2025, MAH together with the Flemish partners POM, UWL, and OHB will host the fourth InnoWaTr All Partners Meeting in the city of Ghent. The three-day gathering will take place at the Provinciehuis Oost-Vlaanderen and will bring together partners from across the consortium to exchange knowledge, review progress, and strengthen collaboration.

Throughout the meeting, partners will present ongoing developments across the different FFCs and Work Packages. Sessions will highlight key achievements, identified challenges, next steps, and opportunities for cross-partner support. The program includes updates on autonomous sailing concepts, the MAH vessel and remote operations, platooning demonstrations in Ghent, the Groningen dashboard, and digital twin advancements from KOT and OMR.

In addition to plenary updates, the meeting will feature interactive discussions, a transnational workshop, and several thematic sessions on communication, reporting, and preparations for the final event. Partners will also take part in a Steering Committee meeting and conclude the gathering with a guided vessel visit in Ghent, providing hands-on insights into the technological innovations developed within InnoWaTr.
