Exciting news! The second iteration of our SMALL roundtable series is set for 22 May 2024 in our pilot city of Amsterdam. We are looking for participants to share insights on key considerations for establishing an inclusive shared mobility pilot. Find out more below!

Here is an exciting update! We are thrilled to finally announce the second iteration of our SMALL roundtables, which will be held on 22 May 2024 in one of our pilot cities, Amsterdam. This second roundtable will focus on providing support to the SMALL pilot cities in their process of setting up an inclusive shared mobility pilot, by understanding what key considerations and critical aspects need to be addressed to do so.

We need you – join the discussion!

Our aim is to have a fruitful discussion on a varied range of topics, from organisational, infrastructure, and regulations aspects to business, financial, and operational ones. Finally, we will conclude by reflecting on one of the guiding questions of our project: how do we keep people with reduced mobility top of mind when setting up our pilots, and in the aftermath of the project?

For this purpose, we are looking for participants to join in and share their insights for the collective discussion. Here are some of the profiles we are currently looking for:

  • Regional/Local public transport authorities, particularly with expertise in establishing regulatory frameworks to streamline inclusive shared mobility operations.
  • Shared mobility operators with experience in making their services inclusive, from accessible and inclusive digital mobility services to the implementation of adapted vehicles and other support instruments.
  • Solution providers, i.e., designers/UX developers who have experience in designing adapted vehicles/accessible digital solutions.
  • User experts and end-user organizations from our target groups, namely people with physical impairments, elderly people, and families and children

If you meet one of these profiles, then do not hesitate to contact both of our colleagues, by 15 March 2024.

Please note: Spots are limited. However, there is available budget to cover travel and accommodation costs.
