The Eindhoven STORM_SAFE Future Workshop brought together partners from all four work packages for an energizing and highly interactive session. Using the 'Disney method' to implement High Reliability Organizing principles, mixed teams co-created bold visions for 2030 and beyond, challenged each other on potential obstacles, and translated these into realistic, actionable steps for 2025–2030.
The atmosphere was lively and collaborative, with participants exploring cross-border cooperation, regulatory opportunities, functional software methods and innovative asset strategies. The workshop produced a rich set of concrete objectives, practical building blocks and 'no-regret' actions that will directly inform the next phase of STORM_SAFE. The intention is to showcase the results of these initiatives at the annual meeting in May 2026.
