Across Work Package 2 (WP2) of the 3ST project, partners are struggling to organise communication, monitoring and stakeholder engagement. Several activities and deliverables remain unclear, which makes it difficult for partners to know what evidence to collect, how to report consistently and how to avoid overlap with WP1 and WP3. There is also a need for shared formats and clearer expectations, so that all pilots can contribute comparable insights and materials.
Why this pilot?
The aim of this WP2 pilot is to create clarity, structure and practical tools to support all partners in carrying out and reporting on their activities. A unified approach is important because it helps to:
- ensure consistent evidence collection across all pilots;
- strengthen cooperation between WP1, WP2 and WP3;
- improve the quality of dissemination materials;
- involve stakeholders in a meaningful way.
By offering practical guidance and standardised processes, the pilot project establishes a robust foundation for the 3ST project.
What is being done?
- The current focus is on organising and aligning key WP2 activities with other work packages.
- Stakeholder engagement: A translated version of Strategy 1.3 will be used for reporting purposes and will be included in the Best Practice Catalogue, with the Skåne pilot project providing an example.
- Training and test phases: F&C is coordinating with WP1 to define expectations for training activities and test phases. Templates will be provided to help partners provide clear evidence.
- Monitoring: Each partner will create a concise evaluation covering lessons learned, challenges and successes. These will be summarised in a consolidated monitoring report, which will be featured on the 3ST website.
- Stakeholder satisfaction: Partners will collect testimonials through short interviews (text, image or video). These materials will be used for reporting and dissemination purposes.
- Dissemination alignment: Work is underway to clarify how WP2’s pilot dissemination relates to WP3 activities, and discussions are planned with all partners.
