The Municipality of Copenhagen aims to deliver hands-on pilot experiences from implementing a joint furniture recycling model including all administrationsof the municipality – and demonstrating associated synergies to the business areas of procurement, facility services, recycling, interiordesign and relocation. The project will deliver experience in behavioural change of procurement managers and budget responsibleincluding incentives of choosing recycled furniture in preference to new furniture.
