Exciting news from Dresden: Trap in the Making

Civil engineers from TU Dresden are currently building a specially designed trap to intercept the Chinese mitten crab on its migration from the North Sea up the Elbe river.

It is a great example of how engineering and nature conservation can work hand in hand to find sustainable, science-driven solutions to ecological challenges.
