🦀“KAMPF DEN KRABBEN“🦀 which translates to „FIGHT THE CRAB“ is the title of the most successful and so far most detailed documentary 🎥 about our efforts to implement measures to control the invasive 🦀Chinese mitten crab in European rivers.

On 6.7.2025 it aired on the YouTube channel of "ZDFheute Nachrichten” and gained over 0,5 Mio views within 24 hours. I can only recommend the video 🎬 to anyone who wants to find out more about the problem and the possible way forward that we are exploring with our Interreg North Sea Programme project Clancy.

ZDF is a German public-service television broadcaster run as an independent nonprofit institution, founded by all federal states of Germany. „heute“ is one of the famous programmes the broadcaster is known for - a newscast established in 1963.
