Goal: The goal of the FREIIA workshop is to familiarize transition officials from several EU islands and regions with the RUDDER innovative governance approach for future transition project and programme development. After completing the workshop, participants will be able to function as qualified and independent RUDDER trainers for the development of transition projects.
