We successfully held the Rudder Train the Trainer workshop last November.
Together with colleagues from several EU islands, we applied the RUDDER approach in real transition assignments. At the end of the workshop, we awarded certificates to participants who are now able to use the RUDDER method to contribute to the development of their islands and regions.
The programme included a group assignment on Aqua Thermal Energy, where we combined ๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ and ๐๐ to design to design innovative solutions for North Sea islands. A very practical and inspiring way to test the method.
The certificates were handed out in the presence of the General Director of the Province of Fryslรขn Jelmer Algra, surprised the Norwegian participants with his fluent Norwegian.
