In Normandy, Transdev is testing a hydrogen-retrofitted intercity coach operating between Rouen and Evreux. 

The goal: to compare the autonomy of H₂ versus electricity and assess how scalable this solution is 🔋⚡
🔧 After a brief delay due to a refueling station issue, testing resumes in April. Key focuses include:
 

Real-time data on energy flow & battery lifespan
Identifying optimisation opportunities
Conducting a Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
📊 At the same time, a feasibility study is exploring the conversion of the entire regional coach fleet to hydrogen.
