Shipping & Offshore Network (SON) joins NSH2V Ports consortium
We’re delighted to welcome the Shipping & Offshore Network (SON) as a new partner in the NSH2V Ports consortium. Based in Norway, SON is a well-established maritime industry network with deep links to shipowners, classification societies, regulators and technology providers across the Nordic and Baltic regions.
SON will strengthen our work on hydrogen vessel concepts and bunkering network development, helping us connect ports with leading maritime stakeholders and align with evolving policies and standards. Through its events, academy and active member community, SON will support the formation of vessel design groups, provide platforms to showcase concepts to end-users and regulators, and accelerate replication across the North Sea Region.
In addition, SON will boost the consortium’s dissemination and uptake capacity—embedding project results in strategic dialogues, identifying funding opportunities, and extending our reach to non-EU stakeholders. Their contribution will help ensure that outputs such as Port Hydrogen Valley Master Plans, bunkering templates and vessel design strategies translate into real-world impact.
Welcome aboard, SON. Together we’ll scale Hydrogen Valley solutions across North Sea ports.
