SPIES Policy Recommendation Plan hand-over in Germany

Port of Hamburg Marketing used the transport logistic trade fair in Munich for the hand-over of the SPIES Policy Recommendation Plan to its German stakeholders.

The CEO of Port of Hamburg Marketing, Mr. Axel Mattern, presented the PRP to Mr. Marcel Lohbeck.

Mr. Lohbeck holds two positions: he is Managing Director of BÖB – the Federal Association of Public Inland Ports – as well as Managing Director of the Association for European Inland Navigation and Waterways (VBW).

Mr. Joachim Zimmermann, Managing Director of Bayernhafen GmbH & Co. KG and President of BÖB – the Federal Association of Public Inland Ports – received the PRP from John Fischer, Project Manager at Port of Hamburg Marketing.

Both organisations play an important role in the further roll-out of shore-based power in Europe.
