Le CANO is the Water Sports Centre of Ouistreham. Located at the confluence of the Orne, the Caen Canal, the maritime entrance to the urban community of Caen-la-Mer and the setting of the Bay of Sallenelles, the Centre welcomes and brings together associations, enthusiasts and the general public in a lively place, a sporting, educational and cultural centre focused on the world of the sea and water sports.
In the framework of the WaterWarmth project, a heat pump will be installed to supply Le CANO facilities, particularly the sanitary facilities and shower.
The pilot site is close to BUILDERS' premises, which will make it easier to monitor.
