The high potential of energy communi6es in the H&C sector could be fully deployed only in case of a clear
legisla6on change, which considers these solu6ons in the correct light. This policy paper tried to summarise
the key policy recommenda6ons for implemen6ng this change and has been elaborated thanks to the
contribu6ons from the ConnectHeat project consor6um, the ConnectHeat Interna6onal Stakeholder Advisory
Group (ISAG) and IFEC, the Italian Forum of Energy Communi6es.
