Apple chain – Processing of apple by-products

This showcase focuses on cascade fractionation to extract pectin and polyphenols, as well as anaerobic digestion to produce biogas. It also explores the potential for integrating these production processes with other nearby bioresources. Regional partners, including INRAE and IFPC, collaborate with local apple cider producers and industries, providing expertise and technical support for the showcases.
