1.1 Strategy for Digital Transition towards Green and Just Urban Logistics

This strategy supports local authorities in taking concrete steps toward a green and just urban logistics system by advancing their digital transition as a foundation for evidence-based policymaking. It identifies relevant data sources, outlines data collection methods and tools, highlights the skills needed for evidence based decision-making, and offers insights into effective governance.
