E-Learning for the Green Shift: From Skills to Real Impact
In a world of rapid technological and economic change, strong collaboration between education and industry is essential. Industries are facing rapid change and vocational education and training (VET) needs closer and more structured collaboration with it to keep their educational offers relevant.
Symbiosis is an Erasmus+ cooperation project that tackles the growing competence mismatch between vocational education and the real competence needs of industry, particularly in the context of the green shift and digital transformation.
Together, the Symbiosis project partners have developed the Shift Skills Competence Programme, which offers e-learning courses and practical tools designed to empower education, industry, and local governments to shape a resilient future together. It supports the development of critical competences to tackle complex, real-world challenges through practical learning, cross-sector collaboration, and impact-driven tools. In this seminar, members of the Symbiosis project will showcase the Programme and discuss its added-value for you as regional hubs.
