
SIRR. Workshop Communication Plan
This will be a hands-on workshop focused on two key areas:
- Understanding your Hub Identity
- Defining your Hub Value Proposition (the value you offer to others)
By the end of the day, each hub will have formulated clear messages that describe who you are and what value you bring.
Why are we doing this?
In the coming phase of the SIRR project, we will develop strategies that strengthens your position within your regional ecosystem.
The strategies will identify key focus areas for your hub and list concrete steps on how to evolve into the multi-helix actor you aim to be. We will also develop individual Action Plans for each hub. These are mandatory and form part of the project’s deliverables. The aim of the Action Plans is also to serve as guidance for you – a hands-on document supporting your daily work back home.
This workshop will therefore provide two key elements for your communication, which will feed directly into both your hub strategy and your action plan.

- Survey 1 & 2: Gaps in identity – your own view vs. stakeholders’ perception.
- Stakeholder Mapping: Who are your key target groups? Who do you need to reach, to reach your full potential as a multi-helix actor?
