Digital Coffee
In the SIRR project, our journey is not just about project milestones, it is also about fostering meaningful connections across borders. With partners spread across Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and France, we recognised the need for more than just formal meetings. That is how our “Digital Coffee” session was invented. For the past 9 months, we have started most online events / sessions 15-20 minutes early, creating a relaxed space on Teams. As we sip our coffee and share updates, it is not just about project talk - it is also about sharing the little things: weekend plans, the latest weather, or just small things happening in our local community. These moments of informal dialogue are invaluable.
Why do we do this? Because we believe that strong partnerships are built on trust and relationships. By opening up about our daily lives and interests, we've strengthened our team spirit and deepened our understanding of each other's cultures and contexts. It's more than just a meeting, it's a chance to connect on a personal level.
What started as a simple idea to enhance our team spirit has evolved into a cornerstone of our partnership. We have seen firsthand how these sessions boost engagement, spark creativity, and inspire collaboration.
