About us

CGC/AU has expertise within the area of multi business model innovation, green business model innovation, sustainability, circular economy, and digitalization within startup-, small and medium sized businesses in rural areas. The CGC/AU has a long tradition of collaborating with businesses and public institutions to ensure local anchoring in small communities and societies. CGC/AU has a long experience on business collaboration as well as from several larger EU-projects, such as the Interreg-projects ‘BIOGAS 2020’ and ‘Greenbizz’, and Globally through the CTIF GLOBAL CAPSULE (CGC) network worldwide.

Based on this previous, extensive research and practical experience into Multi Business Model analysis and Innovation in businesses, CGC/AU intend to support and facilitate the WP 2 HUBs in innovation sessions, workshops and network meetings to facilitate the HUBs in developing stronger, more resilient & sustainable rural areas with higher capacity of local innovation and smart specialisation.
CGC/AU expects to do physical Action Research in the WP2 Hubs with the goal to support and develop the Hubs as „Learning Organizations” so the individual Hub:

•    Take ownership of the Hub ‘s organizational processes in networking and strengthening of continuous development and sustainability of local societies/ communities through social innovation processes to attract and maintain people in rural areas &

•    Relate to the other Hubs for knowledge transfer for innovation and development of the future Hub processes

In this process CGC/AU expects to innovate and develop a Rural Area Multi Business Model Innovation Framework for rural area innovation – with rural area innovation seen as a business model with monetary and other values – and contribute to physical, digital, and virtual pathways into a Multi-Helix Framework.

By the Action Research and Framework CGC/AU expect to be able to facilitate innovation and development of vertical and horizontal SIRR Hub networks to encourage internal horizontal value relation processes.
