The session, titled “Mind your Governance!”, focuses on the role of governance, collaboration, and data in bridging the gap between policy ambition and practical implementation in the built environment.
During the webinar, CircleBIM will share insights from its work on digital tools and circular construction, highlighting how Building Information Management (BIM) can support better decision-making, coordination, and project delivery. The presentation will include experiences from pilot activities, demonstrating how data-driven approaches can help overcome challenges such as fragmented responsibilities, siloed structures, and limited capacity within public administrations.
The discussion will be enriched by contributions from the Province of Antwerp, alongside perspectives from the wider KARMA partnership. Together, the speakers will explore how governance frameworks and collaboration models can enable more effective circular construction practices.
The webinar will bring together policymakers, practitioners, and experts to exchange practical experiences and discuss how to turn circular economy strategies into actionable and scalable projects.
