CircleBIM – KARMA Project: Excursion at the Karstadt Building

On 22 January 2026, the CircleBIM team, together with partners from the KARMA project, will host an excursion and workshop at the former Karstadt building in Harburg, Hamburg. The event brings together around 20 participants to explore circular building practices in an operational context.

The morning program includes a guided tour of the Karstadt building by Sprinkenhof AG, highlighting the pilot project for CircleBIM, followed by a short workshop at HafenCity University. Participants will discuss the application of BIM along the circular building and construction cycle and exchange insights on sustainable building strategies.
