CircleBIM at Woonkeuken: Showcasing Circular and Futureproof Building in Overijssel

On 19 November 2025, CircleBIM participated in the Woonkeuken event in Hardenberg, organised by the Province of Overijssel under the theme “Toekomstbestendig bouwen” (Futureproof Building). The event brought together regional authorities, practitioners, and innovation partners to discuss how to accelerate housing delivery while building better, faster, and more sustainably.

At the CircleBIM stand, visitors could explore the project’s BIM-based templates, process diagrams, and examples from the pilot initiative, all illustrating how clear data structures enable circular material flows and traceable, clean disassembly. A baby stroller placed at the stand symbolised the long-term impact of today’s construction choices and the importance of designing for future generations.

Throughout the event, CircleBIM partners engaged in valuable exchanges with attendees, identifying opportunities to embed circularity and digital clarity into real projects across Overijssel. Discussions highlighted how BIM-supported material tracking can support consistent decision-making, improve collaboration between stakeholders, and contribute to more sustainable and futureproof housing development.
