Dutch partners align next steps for the CircleBIM framework, pilot actions, and upscaling activities
On 7 October 2025, CircleBIM partners in the Netherlands met online to coordinate progress across Work Packages 1, 2, and 3. The meeting gathered representatives from Welbions, Buro de Haan, Saxion University of Applied Sciences, Drystack, Ruimte voor Architectuur, and the Province of Overijssel.
Discussions began with an update on WP1, where Saxion presented the redesigned circular implementation framework and the new template structure that guides each process phase through five core reflection questions.
The meeting also reviewed the status of the Welbions pilot (WP2), including construction timelines, BIM model development, and the involvement of key partners such as Ruimte voor Architectuur, Drystack, Droste, Loohuis, and future maintenance teams.
Under WP3, partners prepared upcoming dissemination actions, including the stand for the Woonkeuken Toekomstbestendig Bouwen event on 19 November 2025.
