Workshop - Strategies & Action Plans

In the first half of the SIRR project, we explored new approaches, tested innovative ideas, reviewed best practices, and gathered extensive data from the hubs.

On the final day of this year’s conference, we organised a workshop focusing on moving from testing, exploring, data collection, theory, and frameworks through to strategies. We also worked on translating the knowledge gathered through the project’s various activities into practical implementation action plans for sustainable Hub development that supports the local transition.

With the support of the developed model and tools, we were able to begin concretising each step of the process. This workshop helped the Hubs clarify their needed changes and required actions.

During just a few hours, we distilled everything we had learned, prioritised goals, and outlined concrete plans for how to practically create change.
