
Are you interested in joining the project display as part of the conference’s evening programme on Wednesday 25 June?
This is a unique opportunity to showcase your project, connect with peers, and gain valuable exposure in a dynamic and interactive setting.
Spaces are limited, with only 20 project displays available for selection. Please see below for further information about the display.
Time: 18:30 - 21:30
Location: Weser-Ems Halle, Festsäle, Europaplatz, 26123 Oldenburg (Oldb), Germany
Format: High-table exhibition integrated with a dinner-buffet setting

The stands will be grouped and displayed within one of the three conference themes: economic, climate and societal resilience. We encourage you to make your stand visually appealing and engaging! Bring a key piece of equipment used in your project and use it to tell your story.
We will provide:
- One high round table
- Space for one or two roll-ups
- WiFi access
- Very limited access to electricity plugs (available upon request and confirmation)
There will be an opportunity to arrive at the venue on two occassions in advance of the evening start time to set up your stand.
Setup Times:
- Tuesday, 24 June from15.00 until 17.30
- Wednesday, 25 June from 07.00 until 08.00
Staffing Requirements:
At least one project representative must be present at the stand during the evening from 19:30h to 22:00h.
Please note: Requests for a project display must be made via the conference registration process. Once the registration deadline has closed, a selection of projects will be chosen based on thematic fit and available space. We will come back to you at the beginning of May once we have the overview and let you know whether you have a spot for your project display.
