Main content

Large parts of the North Sea Region is fertile land used for intensive farming, with negative impacts on the climate and the environment. At the  same time, farming is itself threatened by declining soil fertility, climate change, and energy and water shortages.

Our  projects address the negatives and boost the positives of modern agriculture. They do this by promoting long-term productive, eco-friendly and climate-smart farming and food systems. As such they contribute to the European Farm to Fork strategy, a core part of the EU Green Deal.
