Many North Sea projects make their mark far into the future and way beyond their own limited scope. How do they do it?
Although there is no one-size-fits-all recipe guaranteeing such success, we have identified some approaches that help you maximise the chances. We will be sharing these insights at our TakeUP workshop in Copenhagen on 12 June.
On this day, you will gain deep insight into the processes that can lead to a wider uptake of your work. This event helps you to steer your project towards the strongest possible impacts - your "North Star".
You will be armed with ideas for building the power to do so. This includes engaging effectively with stakeholders and strengthening your partnership through a shared vision and road map. Before the day is over, you will have sketched a plan that you can bring home to share and further develop together with your partners.
The workshop is for project leaders and project communication managers. It covers aspects that are vital to project leadership as well as communication. Therefore, you will benefit the most if two people covering each of these roles will join together.
Date: 12 June
Time: 09:00 - 17:30
Location: Erhvervsstyrelsen (Danish Business Authority), Dahlerups Pakhus, Langelinie Allé 17, 2100 København Ø.
Travel and accommodation: You will need to arrange your own travel and acccommodation; these costs can be covered by your project budget. The course itself is free of charge including lunch and coffee.
Please come prepared:
You must bring a laptop, a pen, and your approved project application.
Also, you must have defined the main 1-3 impacts that you aim to achieve during the project or beyond. This should ideally be done as an exercise involving the whole partnership. Learn more in the link below.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis. You can register two representatives per project.
Would you really like three people to attend? After signing up two people, you may send a request to info@interregnorthsea.eu, asking for a third spot in case of available free space. We will then put the third person on a waiting list. Please use “TakeUP” in the subject line and indicate the name of your project.
Deadline for registration: 1 June EOB.
