We are looking for a creative company to develop a digital campaign communicating our main achievements, based on the results of an external programme evaluation.

As the mid-term evaluation of the North Sea Programme’s impact and performance is progressing, we are seeking a qualified partner to help us communicate its key results. 

The core task is to translate the technical evaluation results into a compelling visual digital campaign highlighting the programme's main achievements. 

The assignment in short

The task includes the development of a creative concept for the campaign including visuals, taglines, etc., plus delivery of communication products for the campaign. 

It entails close collaboration with the Interreg North Sea communication team throughout the assignment and, during a one-month overlap, with the European Policies Research Centre (EPRC) charged with the independent mid-term programme evaluation.

Budget: The maximum budget for the campaign is €25,000. 

Contract period: 1 September 2026 - 31 January 2027.  This covers campaign development, delivery of communication materials, and execution of the campaign.

Deadline for submitting a proposal:  6 March 2026, 12 noon CET
