The fourth call in the 2021-2027 North Sea Programme is open for submissions. You can now start working on your application in the Online Monitoring System.

Applications in Call 4 are restricted
Due to limited funds available, this call is restricted to two types of application:
- Those based on an approved Call 3 expression of interest.
- Those based on a Priority 1 full application rejected in Call 3 that were based on an approved Call 2 expression of interest.
The application process
Organisations based in the North Sea Region may apply.
In special cases, partners can be located outside of the region, providing they are based in one of the six EU member states that participate in the programme (Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, and Sweden). More information on this is available here.
Partners from Norway.
All Call 4 applications may include Norwegian partners.
We provide 60% of the total budget in ERDF funding. For Norwegian partners, a 50% co-funding rate applies.
The Online Monitoring System is now open to submit your applications. The deadline for submission is Friday, 8 March 2024 17:00 CET.
Our Monitoring Committee will take final decisions on the submitted applications in May 2024.

You can start working on your application in the Online Monitoring System now. You can save your work as you go along, and you can invite additional users to co-create your application.
