Call 5 is now closed for applications: what happens next?

The deadline for submitting applications in the fifth call has now passed, with a total of 13 applications received.

Call 5 was specifically supported by Norwegian funding, dedicated to enabling increased participation and activities in Norway within existing North Sea projects. It was open to the majority of ongoing Interreg North Sea projects.

The call attracted strong interest across the programme. Project partners have been actively developing their proposals, supported by the Joint Secretariat and National Contact Points.

Next steps

The project advisors at the Joint Secretariat will shortly begin assessing the applications. Our Monitoring Committee will take the final decisions about the applications in October 2025.
