New guide: Boost your success

You do not have to wait until the end of your project to start scaling up your future impacts by generating uptake of your work. This process is known as project capitalisation and you should start preparing the ground for it right now.  

This new guide presents concepts helping projects to plan for maximum impact. It aims at project leaders and communication experts, however anyone working in a North Sea project can also benefit from reading it. 

The guide recaps the concepts used in our so-called TakeUP workshops. 

You can use the guide to prepare for our next TakeUP workshop on 16 April, or to refresh and share what you learned during the previous one.

The guide can also be used independently of our events although we do recommend your project to attend the next one if you have not done so already. It comes with a workbook that you can use with your partners to jointly build your road map to success.
